Shipping Process

All shipments are conducted using:

• Properly sized, ventilated, and secure livestock crates

• Clean bedding and temperature-appropriate conditions

• Experienced handlers familiar with livestock transport

We partner only with transport providers who meet our standards for care, reliability, and professionalism.

Documentation & Compliance

For interstate or international transport, required veterinary health certificates and supporting documentation are prepared within mandated timeframes. While we assist with coordination, buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with destination-specific regulations, including import permits, customs procedures, or quarantine requirements.

Crates, Insurance & Handling

Crates may be rented or purchased depending on transport method. When crate rentals or insurance deposits are required, they are handled separately and clearly outlined in advance.

Insurance options, where available, are designed to offer added peace of mind during transit. Coverage terms vary by route and provider.

Transfer of Responsibility

Once the animal is released to the licensed transport provider or collected by the buyer, responsibility transfers accordingly. We strongly recommend that buyers prepare appropriate housing, feed, and veterinary support prior to arrival to ensure a smooth transition.
