Health Guarantee & Veterinary Certification
At Joe’s Mini Cows Ranch, the health and well-being of our miniature cows is our highest priority. We take pride in raising animals that are well cared for, properly monitored, and prepared for a smooth transition into their new homes. Every calf sold through our ranch is raised with close attention to nutrition, cleanliness, handling, and routine health checks.
Veterinary Care & Health Checks
All miniature cows offered for sale are examined by a licensed veterinarian prior to leaving our ranch. Each animal undergoes a general health evaluation to confirm that it is in good physical condition at the time of sale. This includes assessment of overall appearance, mobility, appetite, and basic vital signs.
Where required, animals will receive age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and preventative care consistent with standard livestock practices. Our goal is to ensure that every animal departs our ranch healthy, stable, and fit for transport.
Veterinary Certification & Documentation
For buyers requiring documentation, veterinary health certificates can be provided. These certificates confirm that the animal was examined and deemed healthy by a licensed veterinarian within the legally required timeframe before transport.
For interstate or international deliveries, additional documentation may be required depending on destination regulations. We work closely with veterinarians and transport partners to help facilitate the necessary paperwork; however, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they understand and comply with local import, quarantine, or agricultural requirements.
Health Guarantee
Mini Cows Ranch guarantees that each animal is healthy at the time it leaves our care. Once the animal is transferred to the buyer or transport provider, responsibility for care shifts to the buyer.
Because livestock are living animals and can be affected by stress, environment, handling, and transport conditions, we do not guarantee against issues that arise after delivery due to factors beyond our control. For this reason, we strongly recommend that buyers have the animal examined by their own veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival.
Any concerns must be reported promptly and supported by written veterinary documentation.
Buyer Responsibility
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide:
-
Proper housing and shelter
-
Appropriate nutrition and clean water
-
Routine veterinary care after delivery
By purchasing from Mini Cows Ranch, buyers acknowledge that livestock ownership carries inherent responsibilities and risks.
We are always happy to answer questions before purchase and believe clear communication is the best way to ensure a positive experience for both our animals and our customers.
