Refund/Deposit Policy

At Mini Cows Ranch, every reservation is handled with care and transparency to ensure responsible placement of our miniature cattle. Because each miniature cow for sale is prepared individually and held exclusively for a buyer once reserved, our deposit and refund terms are designed to protect both the animal and the reservation process.

Reservation Deposits

A reservation deposit is required to secure a miniature cow. Deposits confirm serious intent and allow us to begin preparation for pickup or delivery. Once a deposit is received, the selected animal is removed from public availability.

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Deposits may be applied toward the total purchase price.

  • Reservation holds begin only after payment confirmation.

This policy ensures fairness and prevents unnecessary stress on the animals caused by repeated holds or cancellations.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of livestock sales, full refunds are not typically offered for changes of mind, personal circumstances, or delays unrelated to the ranch. However, Mini Cows Ranch remains committed to honest and reasonable communication.

Refunds or adjustments may be considered if:

  • The ranch determines the animal is no longer suitable for placement prior to pickup

  • Health concerns arise before departure that prevent a safe transition

  • A mutually agreed alternative arrangement is made

Any approved refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Buyer Responsibility & Preparation

Buyers are encouraged to confirm that they have appropriate space, fencing, and care arrangements before submitting a reservation. Once a miniature cow is reserved, preparation begins immediately, including health monitoring and scheduling for transport or pickup.

Failure to complete payment or arrange pickup within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.
